TO         :     ALL Heads of Departments and Agencies of the National Government Including                                             Government-Owned   or  Controlled  Corporations with original charters and all                                                  Officials in the Career Executive Service

Subject   :     Suspension of the Sabbatical Leave Program in the Career Executive Service (CES)


Pursuant to CESB Resolution No. 368 dated 11 September 2001, the Career Executive Service Board resolved to suspend the Sabbatical Leave Program until such time that a new concept for the same has been developed and approved.

In view thereof, all applications received by the Board after September 11, 2001 shall no longer be evaluated and applicants shall be properly advised.

This Circular takes effect immediately.
