workshop highlights the Philippine government’s vision outlined in the
2011-2016 Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan to achieve a “globally-competitive
and innovative industry and services sector that contributes significantly to
inclusive growth and employment generation.” All government leaders are
compelled to address the imperative to act as drivers of their respective
organizations, steering its human capital as key resources and talents in
advancing the organization along the path it wants to travel. Coaching

Positive Turn-around in Employee and Organizational Performance
(Previously Positive Discipline) Workshop
Course on Positive Discipline is designed to change the traditional paradigm
of employee discipline which works in the context of a system of sanctions
and punishments. This course provides positive and viable alternative
measures that motivate employees not only to correct their errant behavior
but also to comply with the overall and acceptable standards of employee work
attitude and productivity. The workshop further enables and allows the
employees to study themselves and accept/recognize their errant behavior in
the workplace; provides the employees the needed support mechanisms to

Transformational
Leadership The
Workshop Course on Transformational Leadership compels and enables
participants to ponder on their experiences as leaders and assess how they
are able to perform their roles effectively. This allows the facilitator to assess
the level of leadership exercised by the participants, such as who has
leadership experience and otherwise, and therefore, provides for adopting
appropriate leadership approaches. At the end of the two-day workshop,

Executive Pathway (StEP) Essentials This is a two-day comprehensive
program that equips participants by: (1) imparting information on the key elements
of strategy design; and (2) developing basic skills that will help them in
the process of creating strategy maps and balanced scorecards for their
organizations with the goal of using these instruments as building blocks for
developing a governance culture. At

4. Strategy
Executive Pathway (StEP) Masters This is a two-day development workshop
aimed to capacitate the participants on what to do next after the strategy is
designed. It focuses on the tools of execution for consistent and sustained
performance. The takeaways from the
workshop will enable the organization to embed a culture of execution in
their organization. It moves from strategy design to strategy execution and
such is mobilized by the three main ingredients – alignment, discipline and
engagement. At the end of the
course, the participants will have: (1) strong fundamentals of strategy
