CES Training Credits. Participants receive CES training credits equivalent to the actual number of Forum hours. CESOs and eligibles participating as speakers and Forum chairs will double their training credits.

Payment Modes |
- Reservations will be honored on a “first come, first served basis” as there are only limited slots available.
- Submission of an accomplished registration form is strictly required to reserve a slot.
- Confirm receipt of your accomplished registration form and the status of your reservation to the Forum.
- Registration fee is non-refundable but transferable. It covers the costs of the Forum kit, snacks, and other administrative expenses.
- Substitution of reserved participants should be made a week before the Forum conduct.
- Reserved participants who did not
attend the actual conduct shall be
billed after the event.

- Registration fees must be paid in cash or in check on the day of the Forum.
- Check payments should be made payable to the CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE BOARD.
- If payment is made thru bank, it should be deposited to CESB’s Land Bank of the Philippines Account Number 0622-1022-34. The deposit slip should then be faxed to CESB at Fax numbers 952-0335 / 931-5732 indicating the name of the participant and the Forum theme / title.
Note : Attendance to CESB activities are considered on official business. Hence, payment for registration fees shall be shouldered by the agency. |
