  • Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Government officials who are involved in the computerization and/or e-Government programs.
  • must have at least two (2) years experience as Chief Information Officer or at least five (5) years experience as IT Architect, systems analyst, IT section manager and / or project manager.
  • Not more than 50 years of age
  • Nominated by their respective governments in accordance with the procedures for application;
  • Have sufficient command of spoken and written English;
  • Be both physically and mentally fit for the training and pregnancy is a disqualifying condition

Training participants will be able to review business process to adjust to rolls of his / her workplace, analyze business and issues and formulate strategies for long / middle term compterization:

  • This program is designed primarily for organizations that intend to address specific issues or problems identified in their operation.
  • This program is enriched with contents and facilitation schemes specially developed in colloborations with prominanet organizations in Japan
  • Participating organizations are also expected to make the best use of the results achieved by their participants in Japan.

  • The cost of a round trip ticket between an international aiport designated by JICA and Japan will be borne by JICA.
  • JICA will arrange the accomodations of the participants.
  • JICA will provide allowances for accomodation, living expenses, outfit and shipping.
  • JICA will also provide expenses for program implementaion, materials, study tours and free medical care.
