Hon. Bernardo P. Abesamis

Retired associate justice of the Court of Appeals. Served as deputy court administrator of the Supreme Court and a presiding judge of the Regional Trial Court. Also served as director of PNOC Shipping and Transport Corporation. He finished his law degree from the University of Sto. Tomas in 1954 and passed the bar in the same year.

Hon. Francisco Duque

An educator, civic leader and health care provider, he is the current Chairman of the Civil Service Commission. Prior to this, he served in the government in various capacities: Secretary of Health, Chairman of the Board of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, Chairman of the National Nutrition Council, Chairman of the Commission on Population, Presidential Oversight Chair of the Philippine Sports Commission, among others. In recognition of his accomplishments, he has received various awards and testimonials which include a commendation by the World Health Organization, the CEO Excel Award, The Outstanding Thomasian Alumnus Award and the Albertus Magnus Science Award for Medical Science, Public Health and Stewardship of National Health Insurance Program. He earned his Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Science (Zoology) from the University of Sto. Tomas. He holds a Master of Science in Pathology from Georgetown University.

Hon. Susan M. Solo, CESO IV

A CESO IV, she is currently the Director IV of the Presidential Management Staff. From December 2007 to present, she is the Acting Head of the President's Personnel Group Secretariat. She started her career in 1991 as Presidential Staff Officer VI under the Aquino Administration. She is a graduate of AB Economics at the University of the Philippines Diliaman and a holder of Masters Degree in Public Policy from the Australian National University.

Hon. Angelito D. Twaño

A licensed Civil Engineer, he is the Regional Director of the Department of Public Works and Highways in Region VIII. He has been with the department for more than 30 years where he rose from the ranks and became District Engineer in 1990 and Assistant Regional Director in 2005. He is a CES Eligible. He finished his bachelor's degree at the Mapua Institute of Technology.

Hon. Susana D. Vargas

A lawyer by profession, she is the Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration of the Office of the President where she also served as auditor-in-charge in 1987 and Director in 1990. She is also the Officer-in-Charge of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission. She completed her degree in Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science and Masters of Public Administration both from University of the Philippines. She took her bachelor of Laws at the Ateneo de Manila University.

The current President of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), where he also served as Senior Vice President, Vice President, Director and Fellow. Worked as the Chief of Staff/ Head Executive Assistant to four (4) out of six (6) DAP Presidents. Appointed to CESO Rank I in 2010. Completed his Masters of Public Administration from the University of the Philippines. |

Hon. Proceso T. Domingo

An engineer by profession, he is appointed Undersecretary for Civilian Affairs of the Department of National Defense. He was a Presidential Assistant and the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Overseas Construction Board. He spent most of his government stint at the National Irrigation Administration, where he became an Administrator in 2005. He also served as the Chairman of the Local Water Utilities Administration in 2006 - 2007. He finished his masters and doctoral degrees in Education major in Administration and Supervision in Western University where he was given a meritorious award. An educator by heart, he has been teaching at the graduate school of his alma mater and the Trinity University of Asia since 2003. |
