Rating Period for Online CESPES for CY 2017 Opens

The rating period for the enhanced Online Career Executive Service Performance Evaluation System (CESPES) for CY 2017 (1st & 2nd Semester) will commence on February 1, 2018. All CESPES Coordinators are urged to promptly disseminate said information to their respective CES Officials, as well as their Superior and Subordinate raters.

Please be reminded that the completion of CESPES ratings is one of the requirements for original or promotional appointment to CES ranks and for the grant of Performance-Based Bonus (PBB). In addition, step increment/s due to meritorious performances may be granted in accordance with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint Circular No. 1, series of 2012.
